These terms form a binding agreement between you and Daily Discountz. By using this site, creating an account, placing a bid, or making a purchase, you accept them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts used for bid manipulation, fraud, abuse of our returns policy, or reselling in breach of these terms.
2. Our inventory
We purchase overstock, open-box, customer-return and liquidation merchandise and resell it. We own everything listed on this site. We are not a marketplace and do not host third-party sellers.
Most items are not new. Every listing carries a condition grade and, where applicable, a list of known defects. Read them before you buy.
3. Reference prices
Where we show a “retail” or reference price, it reflects the manufacturer’s or a major retailer’s listed price at the time we sourced the item. It is shown for comparison only. It is not a representation that the item was previously sold at that price by us, or that it is currently available at that price elsewhere.
4. Pricing and availability errors
Inventory is limited and often one-of-a-kind. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, or if a price or description is posted in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We reserve this right even after an order confirmation has been sent.
5. Auctions
Auction-specific rules, including bid finality, increments, reserves and non-payment, are set out in our Auction Terms, which form part of these terms.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout, or immediately upon winning an auction. We accept the methods shown at checkout. You authorise us to charge the total including tax and shipping.
7. Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, windows and exclusions are set out in our Returns Policy. Items sold as Untested or For Parts are sold as-is and are generally not returnable.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Bidding without intent to pay, or bidding on your own listings
- Coordinating with others to suppress or inflate prices
- Scraping, scripting, or automating access to the site
- Interfering with the security or operation of the site
- Misrepresenting an item’s condition in a return or claim
9. Intellectual property
The Daily Discountz name, logo, site design, and content are our property. Third-party brand names and product images are used to identify the goods we are selling and remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, the site and the goods are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
